Railways are sitting on cash reserves of Rs.20K yet the stations stinks,the basic facilities are missing at platforms & bogies even lack hygenic tiolets.Why can't they introduce chemical flush toilets in all trains with facility of incineration & disposal of waste at every 50 to 100Kms in sockpits?The waste can be converted into manure that can be sold to farmers at nominal rates.It will help the environment as railway is responsible for maximum filth disposed off on tracks & cleaned manualy on stations(a shame for someone who claims himself the champion of SC/ST) & owe nation this eco friendly solution.The minister can impose a special levy of Rs.20/tkt to recover the cost partialy if entire funds available are insufficient for this cause.
