Let me explain how this works.
Say some people are caught after terrorism in India as in Maharashtra after 711.
Now, Cong/NCP is in power there. Media, families of terrorists create a halla-gulla, opposition parties step in, whip up Muslim Passion.
Cong panicks fearing loss of Muslim Vote and ASKS POLICE NOT TO PURSUE TERRORISM AND RELEASE THOSE MUSLIMS CAUGHT.
IN ANOTHER STATE, WHERE ANOTHER PARTY IS IN POWER - its another Story.
That's why CPIM will never allow border fencing to come up with Bangladesh. Neither Pursue terrorism.
