Solution for what? For Musharraf to please US? To get the support of the morderate Pakistani? To shed his uniform and stand for elections and win? To get the Iran-India gas pipeline going as Pakistan will earn millions for letting the pipeline through its territory? The pipeline can be extended to China and two of the fastest growing economies get energy reprieve? If pipeline goes to China, then it can ask for more favors from China?
Or, sensing the situation in Pakistan, give a false deal to India and again support terrorism?
Pakistan cannot be trusted. Period. There is no solution in sight as long it's a religious dispute.
