What is the president doing?

what is Musharaf doin?

Is he trying to combat terrorism?
Is he trying to nurture terrorists against India?
Is he acting as a puppet in the hands of Bush
or is he trying to safe guard himself as President?

I think he does all, and confuses everybody. Is it?
