Patrick as I understand, India needs to source Uranium , which do not have in Indian Mines.
US and its so called Nuclear club has monoplised it and we are being Bullied. Now Russia is also co ordinating with US. Other possible Nuclear supplier countries ( Canada / Australia ) are also with US.
For us we need low carbon emmission route to electricity.
Wind mills / Hydroelectricity are pretty expensive for India to go with.
