But Iran is yet to become self sufficient. Than comes the question of being exporter in Enriched Uranium.

Even India has to some extent Uranium mines but we need a world class infrstructure to exploit and come to commercial utilization.

Iran is fast coming up in the region. Persians are very knowledgeable and hard working but they need to cover a lot of technological steps before becoming nuclear fuel supplier nation.

By all accounts we are ahead technically but even than we need support.

That is why I keep on repeating that India needs rivate sector participation if we need to improve our time line.

Just have a look at Bombay high ( offshore oil technology) Even Russia lags behind. Rather it is nowwhere globally.

Nuclear technology is a step more complecated
