Look at NASA, at one time they researched in Velcro now used in so many areas.

This clearly shows BARC need direction.
I tell you , when the Nuclear impasse ends,
US companies will take BARC scientists in huge numbers.
Than people will say why this Brain Drain.

I cooled my heals in ONGC, Much later I realised my market worth. Finally I could retire at age of 48. For ONGC I meant nothing they were full of SC/ST/OBC.

For MNC I was worth 1000 USD per day.

I believe these guys are very talented but lack direction. BARC should join hands with Indian private sector
