You are right as lomng as he is true muslim. This definition doesn't hold good in this case.
Also, all the accusations are not false.
You just cannot conclude that all the the accusations against muslim youth are false.
Generalization and justification is not an act of true muslime or any other religion.
Freeing immediately is based on false accusation.
Think like this, If he or she is true, he need not have to worry.
relation between man and god is at individual level.
Tommorrow god will question you on judegement day "On what basis you said that all the accusation are false".
As a testimony in front of god your acts or humanity is the first duty. Also, if you cannot win the heart of people by good work you cannot win the world by terrorising and bullying.

In quran or any religion, Message is clear it is the duty of individual to perform right act of humanity. Unfortunately, Fanatics of religion do not look at this vivid message. It is the frustation,which is leading to unislamic act (as per muslim theology).
