Your 'message to the mass' and the bullet point approach of the 'message'suggest ur an MBA graduate.....the most important learning to get this degree is practise of the adage 'if u can't convince - then confuse'....
u have handed them the sentence and maligned a whole community the size u already know for 3 suspects who r detained for questioning and NOT arrested...one of the suspect is realesed without any charge on him.....
