It is pure bad luck that the Rocket missed Musharraf's Plane. The Rocket should have hit Musharraf's Plane and broke the Plane into 2 parts. Then, 1 st part should have dropped on Dawood Ebrahim's head and the 2nd part should have dropped on Osama Bin Laden's Head. This would have resulted in "Ek teer se Teen Shikaar"
