But all things remaining equal, the Chinese can concentrate on their own country and not force Tibet to be theirs - I understand the nomad upliftment but it is like India entering south Bangladesh and saying "I want to help you'll out and you are arguably a part of India so listen to us...etc." I hope you get the point. Already lots of land in China are there and so much underdeveloped outside 50 kms north of Shanghai - they can start there and not fight for ice-land and kill poor non-armed Tibetans. Again, pls watch 7 years in Tibet (true story) - quite revelation. In their own little way, the Tibetans are self-sufficient and likes living an austere life. No harm in that!!
