there should be greater percentage of contribution from mullahs who brainwash these students. But mullah easily escapes and these hardcore, stubborn students get caught and punished. That means mullah plays himself smart politician game. I would say they should also be found guilty for teaching extreme steps and get punished. Is there any sharia laws to punish mullah?
