Why Muslims are branded as terrorist?

The report from the family members seems to be positive. This Indian doctors must have had link with others involved but not involving any terrorist plot. Anyway lets stay quiet and wait for the invesgation report. I have also notice some culprit here are trying to brand all Muslims as terrorist. I strongly disagree with it. Only a few are like that. We can also classify Advani, Modi and Thackeray known for communal violences as extremist. So does that mean all Hindus are extremist. More over Muslims in India are very good compared to rest of the world(I have loads of Muslim friends).
