India, Pak to crack down on terrorists, criminals !! Well i think this is yet another attempt by pakistan to fool India. This is not to please India but to show America that how serious they are in fight against terrorism, which is also a "Dikhawa". In kargil war there was presence of pakistani army as infiltrators. So if they act against terrorist and criminals then i personally think thier most of the army will be reduced.
