Although Bombay is hit by heavy rains year after year, the streets in the City disappear and the whole city looks like a big River during monsoon. This shows the prepardness of authorities concerned to face the monsoon fury !! We dont learn anything even after experiencing such situations on numerous occasions and improve our infrastructure to cope with !!!
