yes by all means SC did not reject the PETITION in TOTO--simply this case was not be heard by SC the PETITIONER was advised to seek redressal at a proper place UNDER PRESENT CIRCUMSTANCES (note it)--SC wanted material for its immediate decision but PETITIONER was not in a position to seek more time to collect photocopy of all records reqd.WELL DONE PETITIONER as tomorrow CONG criminals IN JAIL OR ON BAIL EXTORTIONIST DUPLIATE CHARACTER COMRADES(now supported by their sworn enemy as communal) WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SAY THAT NO CASE WAS FILED IN COURTS-- LALITKUMAR
