These cities are the future sub-metro cities, if the govt. start developing them in a planned manner like Chandigarh then its a boon for India. They have the best of talent and natural resources unlike other states, just the political system need to be on track which Buddhadeb Bhattacharya, Naveen Patnaik and Nitish Kumar are doing very well
