This one should be thoroughly investigated.Harassment at workplace could be the reason.When a person is harassed to much by seniors and ictim feels nothing can be done about it,then only they resort to such extreme steps.It is very unfortunate incident.Still the working environment is not good to women.Goverment has to do something about.Both human rights commision and women commissio must look into it.Things are not still fine for women.
