The US had to do bcus of India's hobnobbing with Commie Russia..the Nehru guy was an idealistic contraction..he loved English but hated American capitalism..Pakistan was easier for the US to handle..even now India is a hard country to do businesss with - deals are hard to make, and too many cooks all over..if sumthing is not acceptable to commies, it is acceptable to Congress, and then there is always the Muslim block which has to be kept happy..India is a hard proposition anytime..no wonder the US finds Paki generals easier..in any case, India is far more vulnerable to jihadic terror than either Britain or US...the US of course takes no BS and acts arrogantly, which strange enough keeps it safe !!
