What has Shiv Sena got to do with Flooding due to rain in Mumbai. Its more akin to saying Sharad Pawar was responsible for the earthquake that struck Latur. This is a natural disaster, for which the Government, Civic Administration as well as the people of this huge city that are all responsible for. And if the Shiv Sena and the Sainiks weren't to be found, can you tell me where was the CM when Mumbai was diluged? He was in the US having a meeting with Bill Gates. As he CM of this state he should've cut short his visit in the face of tragedy and flown back immediately. But NO. He's still in the States promoting trade and commerce opportunities in Mumbai.
