Yes, this garbage bins is a real issue...I always try and throw waste in the garbage bins but even in railway stations very often we don't find bins...This is an easiest thing which these authorities can do... Anyway, for macro issues, really I am not sure when our country will see the light..Ofcourse, major blame has to be taken by us who elect either X or Y, knowing well that none will do anything good...
