Communist Parties are responsible for the misery of West Bengal. Only moderate capitalist policies with a flavour of social justice and social inclusion can solve the poverty problem of poor states. Even China and Vietnam have abandoned communist and are following capitalist policies. Capitalism is not a solution to cut poverty, but helps it through the growth of the economy!
