all major religions have common origin in mesopotamia

around 7000 BC when civilzation first started and spread east & west.

yahweh/allah - (god of jews, christians and muslims) - is ONE

brahman - (god of hindus, buddhists) - is ONE

many holy men & prophets have interpreted in various ways resulting in different religions existing today.
