Re- Kerala to approach SC on dam row

This is a classic example of Governments wasting time and money instead of concentrating on their core jobs of governance and eradication of poverty.If two neigbouring states cannot have a spirit of accomodation and brotherhood how can one expect the same from our people? Dr.B.Ashok
