This fellow seshan served as a defense secretary and cabinet secretary to rajiv gandhi, and he kept quiet when his boss looted money and deposited in the swiss bank accounts! man of great conscience huh! This thouroughly spineless rascal was just another servant of the gandhi family from tamil nadu! ALL the credit goes to Mr Rao for letting free elections. If Rajiv gandhi would have been alive, then his dog seshan would never have barked at all!! :-)
