BRITISH SHOT THAT SUSPECTED TERRORIST ON CLOSE RANGE

Last year during the subway bombings cases. They were chasing that guy, held him down and shot him at close range, in public! just to send a message!

Now they want mercy for a parliament attacker? Hum interesting:)
