Sir, Do you know the boundries of America ? America is sourrended east and west by water and north and south by countries that are so friendly with america. Were as India is sourrended by countries that are potential to cause problems to the country. So just do not compare on the terms like after 9/11 America did not had any terrorist threatrs.
