Sealing furor
by arpit bhargava on Jan 25, 2007 11:59 AM

The sealing issue has been blown out of proportion by the so called APEX court i.e-supreme court.
on one hand it has high regards for a murderer like NAVJOT SINGH SIDHU n putting a stay on his conviction....now where is the law that everyone who is a culprit should be punished.??
but the sealing issue is such that a person who may have done a mistake in the past will now suffer coz of the mistakes and corruption in government...now where is the humanitarian ground missing by the supreme court....can any one tell me in what kind of DEMOCRACY we are living????
HOW FAR ALL THIS IS JUSTIFIED???????
