So the middle case is screwed up, but ppl can buy cheap stuff on the ROADS, thats ok. U can occupy place on the roads, block the traffic, block entrances, no pay TAX, not pay rent, on top of that u can sell stuff that might not be good for health, this all is ok, BUT U CANNOT OPERATE A SHOP IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS.
