Why it%u2019s necessary India to competitive globally while most of the peoples are running without food and shelter. Even today peoples are below poverty level in NE states of India. These days people bother on Racism while castism is going on in the same country, %u201CWho bothers on it?%u201D May be reservation is only a political gimmick to lure the voters but many peoples from below poverty is getting benefited.
