India should openly form an alliance with the US and its western allies. That would be the only way to counter the Chinese/Pakistan/Bangladesh axis in SouthAsia. When countries like Turkey and Saudi Arabia can be firm allies of US and Pakistan itself is a major Non-Nato ally then what prevents India in playing a willing US Ally role in Asia? That will firmly put China in its place and make it understand that India means business. Frankly India is to China what Pakistan is to India. We have limited resources and power to actively confront China in foreseeable future. Only security for us from China is to play the strategic geo-political game against China. That's what SouthKorea, Taiwan and Japan do against China. There is no reason for India not to follow these East Asian countries' lead.
