Yes, Hinduism is in danger. Why? Because the illtreatment of the upper caste hindus of the lower castes. In Tamilnadu just fifty kilometres from Chennai, the State Capital, Dalits who go into a tea shop to have a cup of tea are given a separate tumbler to drink from and this after sixty years of Independence! So how they respond? They convert and this is what happens. Unfortunately most of your letters mainly from Hindu high castes do not bother to comment on this practice. All that they know is to ask Christians missionaries to be thrown out Why? So that they could illtreat the Dalits more than ever. S. Rajendran.
