Pakisthan is an small fry and india shouldnt be cowed down by such minor irritants such as kashmir.
Pakisthan's so called moral support to the kashmir unrest should be dealt with iron fist viz: by total re-settlement of muslims living in kashmir to other safer parts of India.
simultaneously non muslims from other parts of india should be settled in the entire length and breadth of kashmir.
In the meantime our diplomats should be engaged in identifying trouble spots in pakisthan and seek their independence by providing them more than a moral support...
we can thus keep both pakistan and islamic elements who want to break this democratic nation in check.
India should agressively help the break down of pakisthan in which lies our security
