Why can't we have our own long term strategy rather than reactive strategy . I do belive we have one and lets speed up the same to catch up with China , if we can . One thing we must remember , One needs to be strong economically as well militarily in order to get respected in the world policitics . Concern etc are good eye wash but we need to work to protect our interest .
