We should be proud that a so called poor country of 1950's could achieve techonological breakthrough by copying Russia as accused/any other means and India is also heading towards that. Why Indian politicians should give press statements that 'India is concerned'? Are we copy cat of US or EU or proud of Asians achieving technological breakthroughs? Indian scientists on their own have achieved so many things which is an eyesore to EU and US. Let us also do the things like China has done and the world will somersault in front of us.
