Problem of illegal migrants

Wat are we Indians doing ? Just encouraging the illegal immigrants by giving them jobs as helping hands at home. If the govt doesn't have any objectives or plans to clean these off then the army should take it in his own hands and shoot every person they feel are suspicious.
