The claims made by China are irrelevant. Indians could claim Tibet and say China controls most of the disputed territory. Mr. Narayanan seems to underestimate Indians' intelligence and sense of history. He's still living in the 50's when beauracrats where 'supposed' to be smartest around. India is a democracry unlike China and media/people are more important than Mr.Narayanan.
