When jahad was stopped since the creation of Pakistan. Never. They wanted jihad to continue in the whole world so that all the population become jehadi or muslims. India was always under the shadow of Pakistani jahadis. Pakistanis wanted an excuse to continue the gehadis and they do not want peace.
