Yes there might be polticial motivated incidents but that happens in India too with the muslims. As far as Pakistani Hindus are concerned, the supreme court judge is a hindu and all their rights are taken care properly. it is only shia-sunni fighting and the balouch-punjabi fight. there is no hindu muslim fight.
