The members of Parliament manage to win the General elections with money or muscle power and then they claim that they are enjoying the mandate of the people. Most of the MPs both in Loksabha and Rajya Sabha are so less qualified and have no morals. If they have to decide the fate of intelligent and educated people of this country then the country will remain backward. Jaisingh's argument that masses can not go to "un elected" people (judges) to strike down the political decisions in a democracy, is foolish. That is the only path leftout for the educated masses.
