I think until we have well meaning politicians who work for common good (instead of the current corrupt, power hungry, caste based politicians), the supreme court is better to ensure law and order prevails. Can any of the current politicians say that they win an election fair and square? How many of them face muder charges, extortion cases? I sincerely welcome this judicial activism. If it fails, we will find another way of ensuring justice prevails.
