Comments from Indira Jaising seem to be heavily biased against the S.C. which unfortunately is the only functioning institution having respect and trust of one and all. Indira is talking only in theoritical terms when all the democratic bodies like Legislature, Executive and Judiciary are responsible and accountable to the people. When the Legislature and Executive are highly corrupt and inefficient they cease to enjoy confidence of people and hence have to give up the POWER. I am sure most law abiding and common ' aam' aadmi will fully support the S.C in this landmark case. Three cheers to S.C.
