Indra. You have mentioned all the harms that would be caused. Why dont u see the positives? Reservation will go in the sense everyone will have equal opportunity. If someone challenges life saving drugs compulsary licensing then it can again be challenged that unlicenced drugs can take the life of innocents which is again a violation of fundamental rights to live. Dont be so biased.
