The problem with ULFA has arisen because of the Congress and other co-alition Govts at the centre caring a damn for the development of North-Eastern states.They have ben streated lake pariah dogs.Every politician has been paying only lip service.With no development and outsiders with money taking advantage of the rather docile ASSAMESE,things had to come to a boil.If you want to execute a formula for the Assamese and other under privileged,you will do well to get hold of the politicians by the scruff of their necks and also parade them through the streets.Naked they already are.
