This article is in-conclusive, Just a statement by the minister that Indian presence in Balochistan is the reason for the situation out there has no head and tail. It is likes saying if it floods in Pakistan is becoz the Indians pissed in their borders. These Pakistanis are by birth traitors and they preach them in their institutions.
