Noida: Butcher-like-precision'
by labrea on Jan 05, 2007 01:16 AM

Govt should get DNA samples from all the families of missing children, and look for matches from among the victims. The description of the 'precision' killings point to an expert like a surgeon, the profession of next-door neighbor now in custody for dealing in body parts - police should zero in on this aspect of the case - trade in organs. The corrupt cops, apart from being fired, should also be tried as accessories to these heinous crimes, and in addition to imprisonment for a very long time, flogged within an inch of their lives. The head of the state police msut also be fired for laxity and failure to supervise his underlings, as well as his Home Minister boss.
