I understand the frustration of dealing with flight staff and airport cleanliness. However, writer is correct in saying that most of the indians are very unruly, uncivilised towards their fellow passenger. I have umpteen number of bad experinces starting from bus to train to air travel and I can only say this: As an individual, indians might be good when they are known to you, however travelling with strangers they are very unruly and behave sort of callous and uncivilized.
