You are more than absolutely correct. The worst offenders are highly educated class who think they deserve vip treatment because they have some kind of class/status. They show least respect for decency to other fellow citizens. Indians are not very disciplined lot more so again with educated class. You have to observe all the functions in USA organized by Indians and you will see nothing bur chaos/anarchy. with few exceptions. Go to any indian Consulate or look at airline counters of Air India ay New york and you wonder why things are not moving in order since there is only one flight per day. It is sad but truth. It is diificult to understand why since many of these people have settled down in USa for more than 20 years. The funny thing is the same people in any event managed by White people behave like model citizen. We just do not have patience for whatever reason. Maybe we love anarchy/chaos since we enjoy it more.
