Agreed! It was last night when I had to fly from Delhi to Bangalore; the Delhi airport terminal resembled more of a Railway Platform. The touts running to Traveller Shop charged me 30 bucks for a ballpen which isnt even worth 5! The flights were delayed by more than 4 hours(understandble because of the fog); but the people in the crowd fail to understand the issues involved.
Last year out of the six flights i took; 3 got cancelled due to sudden reasons! I have had a bad experience of air travel in India...
