I fully agree with you and empathize you, as i also feel the same (or more??) frustration while flying. Apart from this is the reckless use of mobile phones inside the aircraft. Barring when flying high, while take off or landing or in the runway, one can hear message beeps, phones being switched on, calls etc... Most of the passengers are neatly dressed and seem to be like a typical corporate citizen!!!! It is really disguisting in such cases.... Its high time we become civilized
